One night. Five stand-up comedians. A Proud Spaces FUNraiser!
Coming out can be nerve-wracking. So can doing stand-up comedy. Thankfully, at COMEDY OUTING, we’re leaving the latter to the professionals.
Every ticket sold helps Proud Spaces keep our doors open and our programmes going for Singapore’s LGBTQ+ communities. Keeping a community space running is no joke!
So come for the comedy, stay for the cause, and bring someone you’d like to come out with!
Meet the Comedians:
Known for weaving personal narrative into his stand-up, Kuah Jenhan is one of Malaysia’s leading comedians, the kind who leaves a room laughing, thinking and feeling something all at once. With almost two decades of experience, he has built a loyal following across the region and at international festivals, alongside an award-winning career in advertising, writing, and directing.

Bhas Karan is a Singapore-based comedian, actor, host and FLY Entertainment artiste who brings his unapologetically Indian, queer and distinctly Singaporean perspective to the stage. With nearly 20 years of emceeing experience and a knack for turning everyday absurdities into punchlines, Bhas serves up sharp observations, cheeky humour and plenty of Tanglish realness. At 41, he’s still chasing dreams, breaking stereotypes and proving that life can be a joke, as long as you’re the one holding the mic.
Steph Chan is the host and co-founder of Siao Char Bors Comedy, a stand up night which highlights women & LGBTQ performers from around the world. They have taken their solo stand up special Gold Star Bisexual to audiences in Melbourne, KL and Ho Chi Minh City. They have been described as “anecdotal and raunchy” (Bak Chor Mee Boy) and “talents could be better used elsewhere” (various employers).
Jacky Ng is a Singapore-based stand-up comedian, writer and actor with over a decade in the industry and 500+ shows performed across 12 countries. Known for his Singlish-soaked, sharp-witted style, Jacky turns everyday local observations into humor that lands with audiences far beyond Singapore.
Aiman, aka AIMANOMG, aka Aiman Successful is a Singaporean comedian and content creator known for her larger-than-life personality, sharp wit, and unapologetically unfiltered humour. From growing up queer to navigating dating, womanhood, and the everyday absurdities of being a trans woman in Singapore, she turns life’s most awkward moments into comedy gold. Also a main panelist on the award-winning podcast The Unfiltered Gays, Aiman is no stranger to oversharing, self-deprecating humour, and saying the things everyone else is thinking but wouldn’t dare say out loud. Think comedy show meets therapy session, except nobody’s getting better.
Meet the Hosts:
With an entertainment career spanning over 30 years involving more than a hundred productions across the mediums of theatre, film and television, Pam is equally recognised for being a dramatic as well as a comedic actor. She is probably best known for being one third of the Dim Sum Dollies, Singapore’s most successful comedy cabaret trio. Pam wears the unofficial title of “Singapore’s Number One Faghag” with pride and feels privileged to have been a straight ally of the Singapore LGBTQ community for decades.

Singapore’s prettiest drag queen, allegedly. Named after the country’s most (in)famous bodybuilder, JoJo Sam Clair stands for all the same core values: Supple strength, questionable beauty and a scandalous dose of gender f*ckery.
As the resident hostess and programme head of LGBTQ+ nightclub Rabbit’s Hole, JoJo is loud, proud and well-endowed with a merry mouth. When not prancing around in heels, JoJo aka Sam Jo co-hosts The SG Boys podcast and advocates for the queer Asian experience, speaking thoughtfully on everything from ageism and body positivity to cultural identity and belonging.
