Hi family and friends! ❤️

I recently had the opportunity to spend time with some elderly, and the experience really touched me.

We talked about their younger days, their families and the different experiences they’ve had throughout their lives. Some shared how hard they worked when they were younger and the sacrifices they made for their families. Listening to their stories made me realise how much they have given to the people around them.

It also reminded me that as we grow older, we all need someone to care, listen and simply be there for us. Sometimes, even a little time and kindness can mean so much.

I’m now supporting this campaign with a fundraising target of $888 to help support the elderly with care, activities and meaningful opportunities to spend time and connect with others. ❤️
